Fees

HICAPS is used to process payments on credit cards and it also processes your Medicare rebate. Session fees are required to be paid in full after each appointment. If you have a Mental Health Care Referral from your GP then please bring your Medicare card with you as we will process your rebate straight away. Please note that you will need to register Medicare with your bank account to receive your rebate or we can help you fill out a Medicare claims form as an alternative measure. Please contact Mind Strategy for a schedule of fees. Payments for Telehealth are made through Medipass. Medicare rebates for Telehealth will be processed through Medipass in the same transaction.
